 The young Indian team defeated one of the best Australian sides. Indian cricket just turned the page, gave baton from one generation to another. Scoring the lowest total in the first test, the world was criticizing the team and countless injuries even after all this the Indian cricket team was able to overcome all the odds. 

 T.Natrajan, Shubman Gill, Mohd Siraj, Navdeep Saini and Washington Sundar made their debut for team India in this series. Pujara is a batsman who can bat all-day, in 4th inning  Pujara took all body shots still maintained his strike and scored 56 runs after facing 211 balls. Shubman Gill played important knock in all matches, his 91(146) are one of the reasons for this win. Rishabh Pant took the game till last, scored win 89 runs not out and finished the game with a boundary. Shardul Thakur took total  7 wickets in the 4th test match and also played an important partnership with Washington Sundar for 7th wicket worth 123 runs. Shardul scored 67 runs and Sundar scored 62 runs. T. Natrajan got 3 wickets in his debut test match. Mohd Siraj with his brilliant spell and with no experience bowler on the side took the charge. Siraj had 5 wickets in 3rd innings of the match.

Rishabh Pant at age 12 travelled from Roorkee, Uttarakhand to Delhi with his mother. He and his mother didn't have a place to stay in Delhi so they stayed in Gurudwara.

Mohammed Siraj lost his father in November 2020 he was not able to return due to covid restriction. Siraj bagged a total of 13 wickets in the Test series and highest from the Indian side.

T. Natrajan a son of a daily wage construction worker, he was a net bowler for the Indian team. With many injuries in the team, Natrajan got a chance and proved what his worth.
